Refund Policy

At Tripo Vacation Holiday, we strive to make the refund process smooth and transparent. Please review our refund guidelines below:

General Refund Rules
  • All refund requests must be made directly to Tripo Vacation Holiday.
  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during booking (e.g., credit/debit card/net banking/UPI).
Important Notes
  • In case of cancellation of a partially used booking, any upfront discount, promo code value, or wallet credit will be deducted from the refundable amount.
  • No refunds will be issued for requests made after 30 days from the travel/check-in date
  • Unclaimed or no-show bookings are considered forfeited after 30 days.
Flight/Hotel Bookings
  • Refunds are subject to processing timelines of airlines or hotel partners.
  • Tripo Vacation Holiday will initiate the process once the supplier confirms eligibility.
Refund Timeline
  • Standard refund timeline is 10–15 business days.
  • If bank details are not shared within 48 hours, refunds will be automatically processed within the normal TAT.
